14‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, for any reason. To be eligible, please submit your refund request via email or Kajabi support within this timeframe.

How it works in Kajabi

Once approved, we’ll issue the refund via the Transactions screen in Kajabi (Sales → Payments → Transactions → More Actions → Refund) or via your payment processor (Stripe/PayPal). You can optionally include a brief note for our records. A refund receipt will be sent automatically if enabled in your Kajabi settings  .

Excluded Situations

Refunds are not available after the 14‑day window, nor once a purchase has been granted for free or recognized as non-refundable digital templates or live events.

Dispute & Chargeback Policy

If a customer initiates a chargeback through their bank:

  1. We’ll receive a Dispute notification via our Kajabi Dashboard (Payments → Disputes). The disputed amount, plus any dispute fee, will be held or deducted from your merchant balance even while the case is pending.
  2. You have a window to respond or counter the dispute. If the claim is valid (e.g. fraud or a refunded purchase), you may accept it and we’ll revoke access to the content to prevent ongoing use.
  3. If the product was delivered as promised and consumed, you may counter the dispute by submitting evidence (e.g. course access logs, communication, proof of delivery). Kajabi can provide access logs upon request to support your case.
  4. Dispute resolution takes up to 2–3 months depending on the bank’s process. If you win, the funds are returned; if the customer wins, the funds are lost and dispute fees are not refunded.

Best Practices & User Expectations

  • We encourage customers to contact us directly first if there’s an issue or dissatisfaction.
  • If you’re unsatisfied for any reason within 14 days, simply ask for a refund, and we’ll process it promptly.
  • Avoid chargebacks whenever possible. Dispute processes can delay resolution and incur fees.
